Is this a healthy treat for weight loss? I have a craving for ice cream but I don't want to indulge. |
Just eat the ice cream. Work the calories into your day. |
Seriously? No. Why would it be? Do you fall for every gimmick? |
Haven’t you seen the Seinfeld episode? https://seinfeld.fandom.com/wiki/The_Non-Fat_Yogurt |
Nope. (I have a masters degree in nutrition.) |
Halo Top. |
If you can do some really good portion control, I think it can be a good option when you are deciding to have a treat. It is better than buying a whole container of ice cream which will get eaten eventually. Is it healthy..no. |
Treat area art of life and part of successful dieting is figuring out how to work the food you love into your diet. |
No, not at all! |
The other problem here is giving your money to Jesus freaks. There are plenty of secular alternatives in the froyo market. |
Just eat the real ice cream you are craving in a reasonable portion. |
Why do you have to be gross about it? Would you say “Mohammed freaks” if they were Muslim? |
Yes. I don't patronize businesses that proselytize. Now that you did the whataboutism, please provide an example of a Muslim business that does proselytize and I'll tell you whether or not I patronize it. |
We have a sweet frog up the street from us. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in there - but it’s a lot. Never had anyone proselytize to me. And I was going there long before someone actually pointed out that Frog stands for Fully Rely On God. I had no idea. It’s good yogurt and toppings. Not sure what their religion has to do with it. |
It's low in calories, so yes it is.
Why wouldn't it be? |
