Why wouldn't it be?

I think it's the way OP worded their question. Is it "healthy?" No, it's not healthy. But it's not terrible and as long as you follow PPs advice like working it into your daily calories and don't go crazy with toppings and have a moderate portion.

This is the most stupid ridiculous comment I've read in months. Do you avoid Chicfila because they are run by 'jesus freaks' as well?

A lot of people avoid Chick-fil-a for this reason.

Got it. Yeah, I mean it’s not healthy, but it’s lower cal than ice cream, esp if you’re reasonable with portion size and toppings.

Have you been living under a rock? It is well publicized how many people forego Chik-fil-A because of their homophobic religosity.
I, for one, dismiss any of my values and willingly eat their delicious breakfast sandwiches

Why do you have something against Jesus, God put you in your mother's womb, and she gave birth to you, just like Jesus was, who is his son, whom gave his life for you and all of us. May he forgive you for coming against Sweet Frog. Everybody in this Country has freedom of choice! This comment is for the one above you. God Bless America!

Certainly beats the kinds of people that usually run businesses.

Why don’t people understand that sugar isn’t “ healthy” because you have added it to some yogurt?

Everything in moderation, OP.

If you're trying to lose weight in a way that isn't sustainable, you'll never keep it off.
