FCV to move to Springfield

Right now its the smartest move for FCV to relocate 100% to Springfield and convince ECNL that.

IF (big if) they get in ENCL it would be a great market we have already discussed how the surrounding areas will all go to FCV and no BRYC is not the "hot place" to go

Unless STJ is balking at the fact their name is now associated with a feeder club for BRYC.

They have no choice but to move to Springfield if they stay at Evergreen they will lose to barca and Loudoun sorry they lost. Springfield they only have to compete with SYC

1) Is ECNL still considering allowing FCV in?

2) Is FCV considering moving to Springfield?

3) Is there any linkage between 1 and 2?

What was said exactly??? Didn’t they extend their partnership/lease with Evergreen before all this happened? I’m guessing they can’t just now out now even if they wanted to move primarily to Springfield to avoid Loudoun.

Yes there is linkage but someone would be to stupid to say much which would reveal the true source

FCV strategy has to be to try to retain as many current players as they can. Not sure moving to Springfield would help them achieve that goal.

Spring season is done with they will put ads and posters everywhere to come try out in Springfield for the fall season 20-21

You all are having a very difficult time with this. The DA is over. ECNL continued. ECNL, as it was previously, is the premier destination for talented, competitive soccer (for girls). Every ECNL club will continue to attract top talent, even more so now with the end of DA. Which means if you are a talented player wishing to compete in the highest competition, go to an ECNL club.

Loudoun, McLean, BRYC, and VDA are those destinations. FCV is not. Arlington is not. They're not in ECNL. They're not going to be in ECNL until they apply and ECNL accepts them. There is zero information showing they're in ECNL. There's zero information showing they've applied for ECNL.

If you want FCV in ECNL, stop posting threads. Start messaging FCV.
