A hot dog with mashed potatoes, chili, and melted spicy Cheez Wiz.

That doesn't even sound good. I like all those things, so I'm not above any of it but...shudder.

Really? I'm sitting here thinking "How did it never occur to me to add mashed potatoes to my chili cheese dog? Who is this genius person? I must do this immediately."

Unfortunately, my next Peapod order is two weeks away, and I'm pretty sure they're sold out of anything tasty anyway. I hope I remember this after the pandemic!

No. Keep hotdogs simple.

Nathan’s dog (grilled), fresh grilled bun, mustard and onions.

Nobody wants the plant based garbage. That was the only stuff left at the store when people cleared everything out. So gross.

The other day I baked Nathans hot dogs wrapped in crescent rolls and that had to be the best thing I've tasted in years. Or maybe it just seems like it under the current conditions. Dipped in ketchup.

Blasphemy! Ketchup has no place on a hot dog.

They sell them in the frozen section with pretzel type of buns (non salted). They are so damn good.
