Is this behind the wheel program actually essential under your state's non-essential closure order? Seriously? How is it essential?

I'm a PP. And if he lost the permit, maybe he's not ready to be driving.

I can top that. My kid changed his to his college address, and then lost it. So, now the replacement is locked in his mailbox at school.

He'd like to work. No health issues, hard working kid, experienced cashier, so he'd be in demand, but he can't prove he's legal to work.

You can use other forms of ID to prove citizenship/address. Does he have a passport?

I think you can order a new one online. Have you looked at the MVA website?

You don't have a birth certificate, social security card or passport for him?

You should be able to order a replacement online or posdibly even print a temp one.
