I think I somehow missed how recent the meetings were. He’s only resigned from the face of the firm - he’s still there and has all of his shares right? Some of these mfrs are going to try and ride this out.

Gunter made a haunting point in the comments. Basic but hard to accept. All of these interactions legitimized Epstein and let him abuse more kids, and I’d argue that goes for keeping Maxwell in polite society. The Clintons permitting Ghislane Maxwell to attend as a +1 at Chelsea’s wedding - widely covered - after JE’s sex offense conviction is totally totally insane. There is no way at all that they both would not have known that. No way. There are ten thousand examples of this but I’m highlighting this because I refuse to pretend that the Clintons are maligned heroes in this.

I called Comer's office insisting that the Clinton hearing be public and that Trump also be deposed. Call his office and encourage everyone you know to do the same.

I was responding to a previous post. Try to keep up. Of course it is great that they are asking to testify publicly. Will it happen? Who knows? They are both very smart and will make a mockery of this administration if allowed to testify so it probably won't happen. Doesn't excuse the fact that Maxwell was allowed at the wedding.

I hope that somewhere, there are some data scientists ingesting all of it, indexing, cross referencing by person, by date, by place, by activities, finding the duplicates and using them to unredact, constructing social network graphs to understand Epstein's circles and who interacted with who at what levels, rebuilding timelines, finding and identifying gaps where documents are still being withheld, identifying money flows, and so on to reconstruct a full picture of everything that went on and exectly who was involved.

We need to hold them accountable and bring justice for the victims.

Yes, but as has been made abundantly clear, no rich and powerful man in America is getting prosecuted for their crimes in America. The UK, France, even Brazil, have much stronger justice systems than the US does. Whereas here, nothing happened under Merrick Garland. And nothing will happen under Pam Bondi. The entire Epstein network of evil men walks very free in the US.

This is why I said getting the U.S. to prosecute these men and women is akin to asking Germany to prosecute the Nazis after the war ended. Very hard.

I think it will need to be handled via an international tribunal similar to the Nuremberg trials. If some of the nations get angry enough about how their young girls were abducted, raped, abused, including human sacrifice, torture, eating the flesh of the victims, it may happen. This is hideous.
