What? No. It is pretty preserved!
Unless it tasted off, it is fine! Those aren't expiry dates, they are sell by or best before dates. Nothing happens when the date passes |

This stuff doesn’t really expire, it just gets flat or off tasting. Try it and if it tastes fine, it is fine. |

My DH checked it and hearing that it had "expired" didn't faze me. I assumed he was putting it away in the cupboard but I walked into the kitchen to see him dumping two cans down the drain. I was like, HOLD UP. He insists that he used to drink expired Diet Coke, but it made him sick/gave him stomach issues. I told him that seemed odd and that if anything it should just be a little flat. --OP |
