| $10 delivery fee, but I don’t think that goes to the shopper. $30? $40? First time ordering. Thanks. |
| Give at least 20%. They’re risking their lives to bring you food. |
| 20 percent. |
| $100 |
| These are tipped workers; like waiters, their base pay without tips is sub minimum wage. |
| $20. |
This is through shipt, and I don’t think that is true. It says that tipping isn’t necessary, but obviously I’m going to tip, but not $100. |
| How far from the grocery store? Heavy items? |
| $20 |
| We’ve been tipping 20% like at the restaurant. |
| I normally tip 10% but since waiters can work I’ve been tipping 20% |
|
$10-20. I would go up to $20 if your delivery place is difficult (stairs, no parking, heavy/bulky items). If the delivery person works for Shipt then the person is already receiving a good base rate.
FYI that my Amazon Fresh driver refused his tip this morning. |
Just regular food items. Nothing heavy, but it will be a lot of bags as each thing is about $5. |
| I’m surprised at the lower tip amounts suggested. We did Amazon Fresh and tipped $25 on 150-160. Now I’ll start doing $20 instead. |
What? Why would your Amazon Fresh driver refuse a tip? You can also tip through the website when you place your order. Unless you are elderly and he didn’t want to take a tip from an elderly person? |
