When will the 4th Quarter end

I understand there is a lot going on with getting the virtual learning up and running but when will they announce the remaining school calendar. Parents need to know in order to plan for summer care, whatever that will lol like this year.

The 4th Quarter will end on the last day of school - be it online (likely) or in person (we can dream)

Seriously, there are no plans. No one knows what is going to happen in a month.

At some point there has to be a plan.
Teachers have 10 month contracts-will they continue to work and be paid?
Will the state grant a waiver for the 2 weeks missed in March?
The 3rd quarter end 4/17. I would think the earliest the 4th quarter could end would be end of June.

Do you think it will be only 1 week MCPS has to make up because 2 days were taken back from spring break and we didn't use any snow days?

Yes, I think there should only be 5 days to make up, since we only used 1 of 2 built-in snow days, we are using 3 days from spring break, and they won’t have to close for the primary election now.
