As someone said on another thread, her scarf game is tight. I thought scarves (wearing around the neck) were out. Are they actually in style for her demographic?

I'm in my 60s and when I look at Dr. Birx's scarves I am reminded of the disturbing vision of my own aging neck when I look in the mirror and totally understand her current fashion choice.
