My husband died a year and a half ago, and I have to stop to think about the year. I don’t know the exact date, only that it was a couple of weeks before his birthday. Trauma responses vary from person to person.

Biden repeatedly says Beau died in Iraq

In a way he did. Without the burn pits, Beau would probably still be alive.

+1

And he doesn’t say “my son died in Iraqi”. He links his death to his service in Iraq.

Hur said he has a “photographic memory.”

It’s weird how Hur noted to Biden that Biden has a photographic memory and then he went on to paint a portrait of Biden as a doddering old fool.

Right around the 9:06 mark is when Seth Meyers shows the clip of Eric Swalwell handing Hur his own butt.

Not surprising.

op aides to President Biden involved in his mishandling of classified documents were given plum promotions within 24 hours of the release of special counsel Robert Hur’s damning report, The Post has learned.

Annie Tomasini, a Biden staffer since his Senate days, was named a deputy White House chief of staff on Feb. 8 — and the next day Richard Ruffner moved into Tomasini’s old gig as director of Oval Office operations.

“I don’t think it should shock anyone that the Biden administration promotes people who help them cover up Joe’s abuse of classified information,” said Jim Hanson, president of Worldstrat, a strategic consulting company.

Tomasini, 44, began her career with Biden as his press secretary in 2008 when he was a U.S. senator from Delaware, and worked as a deputy press secretary for him in 2009-2010 as vice president

On the 2020 campaign trail, she served as his traveling chief of staff and joined the administration as director of Oval Office operations when he moved to the White House. Biden’s niece Caroline reported to Tomasini during her uncle’s failed 2008 presidential campaign.

In November 2023, Tomasini was cited by the House Oversight Committee for having visited the Penn Biden Center “to take inventory of President Biden’s documents and materials” in March 2021. Classified documents were later found in the facility in November 2022.

The House Oversight Committee, which has also been investigating the scandal, has sought Tomasini for a transcribed interview but has so far met with stonewalling from the White House.

Every time something else is uncovered it looks worse and worse for Sleepy Joe. It's becoming almost comical.

How so?

Yesterday we learned that the whole Hunter Laptop was a Russian psyop that infected the highest ranks of our government with named congressmen, senators and presidential aides.

We also learned that the GOP has no "high crimes and misdomeanors" or prosecutable crimes that could be referred to the DOJ or anyone else. If they did, we would be in the midst of actual impeachment proceedings now, but we aren't. How is that worse for 'sleepy joe?"

Not surprising from the most transparent administration ever

Joe Biden repeatedly denied Trump’s claims of privilege in authorizing NARA to turn over presidential records to Congress.

Biden claimed Congress’ investigation into Jan 6 “insurrection” outweighed presidential privilege claims.

Judge Tanya Chutkan agreed. 3 Dem judges including Ketanji Brown Jackson upheld Chutkan’s order.

So now House GOP has a framework of recent case law to challenge Biden’s privilege claims related to denying Congress the recording of his interview with Robert Hur—by using Biden’s own words.

Popcorn time!

This isn't a presidential record, it is a portion of a legal proceeding.

See the difference?

In all of the situations you cited, Trump wasn’t president when he was trying to assert executive privilege. Biden is president. Biden can’t assert executive privilege after he’s out of office.

The big guy didn’t need to assert executive privilege before his presidency either. Imagine that.

If it weren't for double standards, democrats would have no standards at all.

Actual republicans don't have an issue with Biden claiming executive priv. over the release of audio of the depositions.

It is only the MAGAs and spectacle makers who are sabre rattling.
