But it doesn't matter since this matter was settled a few years ago. They have more pressing issues, like figuring out how to live within a budget. |

Yep and a later start time would cause the budget to be higher because buses would be running during rush hours, so this is never happening. |

Until someone comes up with a decent plan that is at least cost neutral, if not a cost benefit, it’s settled. It doesn’t matter how many people you get to sign a petition, nothing will happen without addressing the financial problems. |

Stack the BoE with the right nut jobs and I guess anything could happen. The BoE has plenty of nut jobs, but they lean the wrong way for you. |
