| He has been “working” about 2 hours per day and watching crap TV. I see this as a huge opportunity to so some personal projects. It’s a real turn off to watch someone just waste away. Anybody relate? |
| And how many days has this been going on ? |
| What kind of work do you do? |
| For me this would totally be dependent on what he does for a living. Is he taking advantage of the WFH situation or has his work truly slowed down. |
| What kind of personal projects? If he doesn’t normally work from home cut him some slack. I am having to work at home for the first time and it’s weird and depressing and I’m bored as hell. I have probably 5 hours a day of doing nothing too. If DH judged me I’d be upset, as any other time I’m in the office killing it but this wasn’t my choice. |
| I've learned this week that my DH, and his colleagues, do about an hour of work, and seven hours of talking about work. |

You're Type A.
He's tired. |
| Picture me caring. |
| This is the time for self-care and chilling |
About a week |
This is probably true on both accounts. I unwind much less easily than he does. If it only goes on another few days I can take it but if he goes into full lazy mode I will not enjoy that. To the other poster who asked - he is a professor. So he now has to upload noted 3 times a week and that is the extent if his “work” - of course he has many other things to do regarding his research and other side projects - things he complains he doesn’t normally have enough time to do to his satisfaction. Well, pal, now is your chance!!!! We don’t have kids or pets. |
Even a global pandemic can't stop DCUM women grumbling about their husbands.

And ?
How about you do you. |
Honey is that you? |
Why do all wives need to be naggy like this? Let him chill. Why don't YOU do the personal projects? You and my wife may be in cahoots! |
