So-called Dr. Northam has dragged his feet on school closures and no announcements on restaurant closures.

MD Governor Hogan is the regional leader taking strong, decisive action. Mayor Bowser also is leading well.

I think Hogan is doing a better job. My parents live in Florida and their governor has been stellar- Ron Desantis. He has been constantly out and talking about it and has taken the right steps.
