What is a good substitute for Peleton bike?

Anonymous
I need to stop going to my fitness studio for awhile. I am thinking of buying a cardio equipment for home. I looked at Peleton today. I like the size and sturdiness of it, but the price is too high for me. Do you have any recommendation for something similar, but much cheaper? I don’t need the interactive classes. Thanks.

The classes are really what makes it enjoyable rather than a clotheshanger to me, but there are certainly many spin bikes on the market without programming. I think lots are not the same build quality, however.
There are a billion articles on google with alternatives people have whipped up. I don't know these humans or this setup, but here's an example: https://www.heyjode.com/home/2018/1/16/a-peloton-alternative-my-affordable-guide-to-spinning-at-home

Keiser M3 and get the Peloton app. The scales of resistance are different, but it can be figured out.

Schwinn IC4 and the app

Peloton announced they are offering their streaming services/app free for 90 days. Take some of their other classes via app if you can't get access to a bike, like the running, walking or strength training ones.

Rain. Being able to ride with a baby napping.
All good reasons to work out inside.

I have the Spinner home version. They make the bikes that the gyms have for spinning classes. Not super cheap, not quite as high quality as the gym bikes but fairly close. I've had it 5 years and it is still going strong.

Money well spent!
