Last year it looks like specialty lottery came out in April:

I believe that charter lottery was some time after that.

The charter drawing has already happened. The specialty results come later, as that application hasn't closed yet.

We haven't received the results but I called and I was told that the drawing happened on the 17th.

Yep, I got mine. I got really high on high school waiting list. Like almost 200, but my middle school kid got 12 at the school we wanted so I hope we get in.
