Anybody have idea on the best teams in regions? South Lakes again? Oakton? Yorktown?

Yorktown girls sure to compete for state title again, but Chantilly and Oakton also have good shots at being very competitive this year

South Lakes should win boys state title again.

Is the Yorktown girls team going to be impacted by some of the kids playing DA?

On the girls side, Yorktown will be as good or better than last year. Definitely the team to beat.

I don't see why Oakton or Chantilly would be any stronger this year, unless some girls decided to quit DA to play HS, which I doubt

Robinson and Battlefield will be very good. Madison will be back to average.

Battlefield, Patriot and Colgan are teams to watch this season.

Robinson and Patriot are ranked in national top 20 on girls side, at least in one ranking poll.

Very surprised to not see Yorktown girls in any rankings. Only time will tell how much Arlington getting full DA and their seniors truly affect them.

I would think South County, Battlefield, and Colgan will be forces this year on the girls side.

Battlefield is hit too hard by the DA...

They'll struggle with Patriot like last year.
