| What do you think when someone drives a Q7? I’m a pretty laid back person but test drive one this weekend and loved it. Is it too flashy? Curious to see what people think about someone driving one. |
| Nice car. My parents have one. Lots of good tech. Seems safe. Kinda a very nice mommobile. |

For stupid trendy idiots
In five years total junk |
| Mercedes and BMW are flashy. Audi has always been understated compared to them. |
| Isn’t this the car the OP on the other thread hates for being uncool? |
|
It’s a fine car.
I have one - and no, it is not a car that excites me. It is practical and nice to drive. Have not had it in snow so no idea how the Quattro does in bad weather. |
My second one. Love it more than my first, But do not plan to keep it more than 4 years otherwise buy a Lexus. |
Not exactly it tows and it tows well. For some of us who do not want a truck it’s a good substitute. Yes it’s pricey and not a good financial decision unless one can afford one more than easily. |
Not flashy at all. I have an '18 Q5 Prestige and love the tech -- HUD, ACC, lane-keep assist. Got a Q7 loaner, and loved it as well, though it was noticeably bigger and more difficult to navigate on narrow DC streets, eg, I was more likely to pull over and wait rather than push ahead next to an oncoming car. Caveat: the lane-keep assist on our '18 CRV is actually *better* than '18 Q5 at locking in and staying steady. The Audi feels a bit like it's bouncy off of two opposing guardrails. But the UI is totally superior. Perhaps '20 Q7 LKA is improved. |
In 5 years perhaps technologically dated due to amazing pace of innovations. |
| The people I know who drive them are all very status conscious. |
|
Audi are for people who to be low-key about having a luxury car. They are very popular with the conservative crowd.
The inside is pretty nice, I'll give them that. The outside is just a bit on the bland side. They took the jelly bean look too far. They need some more interesting contours than a set of gentle curves. |
| It’s a 50k SUV that looks like a minivan with regular doors. |
If it was even close to $50K we would have bought one. |
Starting MSRP of $54,800 for a 2020 Audi Q7 |
