Yes, the dastardly moderators gave him the "rambling crazy person" microphone instead of the "serious policy debater" microphone. Next time he should check it out ahead of time.

Trump started strong with his trade war talk. That's his strong suit and there's probably some validity in what he says there. After that, he fell apart. His discussion on NATO is especially disturbing.

No, but the moderator did try to trip him up with questions and gave Hillary a pass.

Lots of people watch only the first 20 minutes or so. He sounded good at the beginning, and if they turned the atv off after that, he came out strong.

Mmmhmm, keep telling yourself that.

That may be. But a good debater uses any question to his or her advantage. A prepared person is not tripped up. Nothing the moderator asked him was unexpected or unpredictable. Perhaps the moderator asked tougher questions, but they are tough question a prepared person would have anticipated. Of course, Trump boasted he did not prepare.

You're correct. Those questions were expected and predictable. They were also nonsensical, immature and of no consequence. What about immigration? What about migrants?

The fact is, Trump was absolutely on target the first part of the debate, and Lester went into the weeds with liberal talking points that do not matter one whit re: the running of this country.

They matter to liberals who want to run the country!

Arrogance is when you think you know more than your advisors, and make decisions that have great consequence and only benefit those causes in which your idealistic mind holds dear.

That was his strongest argument but there is still no validity to it. Michigan and Ohio are gaining jobs in recent years and a trade war would be disastrous for us. Increasing taxes on imports is more likely to lead to a recession than job growth (see 1930s American for example).

In any case, I think we need to see a blood test and the medical records. Those sniffles are not good. And he lost stamina throughout the debate.

She's an elite crook full of spin.

Trump just found it necessary to circle back on the former Miss Universe issue: "she gained a massive amount of weight and it was a real problem." LOL!

Have you people not seen the John Oliver segment dissecting the Trump and Clinton controversies? He goes to great lengths to fully discuss the controversies in a fair and balanced way, and he basically sums it up like this: Clinton's are bad, but Trump's are off the charts super bad. Everyone should watch that segment. I'm sure it's in your FB feed.
