I’ve lost on keto before but would prefer not to be that drastic. Can I lose 5-10 pounds before February.
I’m already 16:8 IMF and I do low impact cardio once to twice a week. Help! |
| 24 hour fast every other day. Starvation is key |
| Age and BMI please. |
| 5 lbs absolutely, 10 lbs probably not in a healthy and sustainable way. If you are not overweight both will be harder, but I think 5 lbs is still doable in the next 3-4 weeks if you are strict. |
| Sign up for weight watchers. Tracking food really helps me. |
NP Don't follow pp's advice unless you want to gain it all back. Make little changes and exercise at least 150 minutes a week. You need to go slow rather than fast. Count your calories and see what you are eating than cut out the unhealthy and drink more water. |
agree can't have your cake and eat it too |

What about cutting out the whites?
White flour, sugar, rice. |
| Noom is working for me |
But you can eat lean proteins and vegetables. No need to starve. |
| You can do it, determine a calorie limit, focus on low carb and lean proteins and track everything! |

No or very low sugar
No whites - very low carb if not cut all carbs out Intermittent fasting for 14-16 hours daily - if 16 hours is hard for you begin with 14 and work your way up. Track everything and be very intentional. You could even set a menu for each day with the same high protein/no carb snacks that you allow yourself so you know what to expect for each day |
