I’m up 3 lbs The price you pay for endless carbs, sugar and wine. Back to normal today.

Me too. Too many cheeses and desserts and carb sides
Up 2.5 pounds and excited it isn't more.
I’m refusing to step on the scale until Jan 2. I’m eating healthy today, but not going to obsess.
Down 2 pounds surprisingly. My goal this year was not to deprive myself of anything, but only eat an amount that made me really happy. For example, if at a party with tons of hors d'oeuvres and desserts, I would eat 2 or 3 of my holiday favorites and not the ones that I don't love. If I took a piece of pie and it was just blah, I'd quietly slip it in the trash.
Up 3.5 pounds in two days! I didn’t even go that overboard. It’s a gift I have.
I indulged Christmas Even and Christmas Day so I'm taking it easy today and will resume weigh ins tomorrow. I'm sure I'm retaining water from all the extra carbs/salt and I know the scale would reflect that. Tomorrow will give me a more accurate picture of the damages actually done.
I lost weight because I have a nasty sinus infection. I would have taken the weight gain to not feel this miserable.
Op here. I ate normally yesterday (meaning I had some protein and drank water and didn’t scarf every single carb in sight) and the scale is down 2 lbs today. I’ll be at my normal weight tomorrow probably. Just a reminder that 2-4 holiday pounds are usually not true fat or weight gain but water retention and food volume. Don’t freak if you’re up a few pounds!
Weight stayed the same. I felt no shame in taking a bite and throwing things away (especially the bad cookies my neighbor kids all brought over). I also didn’t miss any workouts, although some were changed from in the gym to 20-30 minutes at home.
I’ve been working out more with the time off. So zero.
7 up - boo.
I’m up about 7 too. Ugh!
|
Too scared to get on scale....

Same, up 3 pounds without even gone that overboard, and the holiday is not over yet .. still have lots of nice holiday appetizers, cookies and desserts left |
