PP, you are correct. My elderly mother tells me when she was a teen she had to carry a sewing needle in her pocket every time she took a bus. That way any perv pressing on her would get a good poke!

Thanks for posting. It's one reason I carry Mace, just in case someone does decide to assault. Displaying genitals is step 1. If he continues to be able to do that in public, he will move on to step 2, physical assault.

Would need to know more about the alleged assault. He is definitely indecently exposed and that is disgusting, but he looks strung out on drugs or very drunk. Not in the right state of mind. Not okay by any means but saying you were “basically assaulted” by the presence of someone’s bare genitalia is a little bit over the top.

Flashing is part of the legal definition of sexual assault. Remember if touching is involved, it becomes a battery, not assault.
