Mace is illegal in DC. The criminals don’t like it and the DC Council listens to them and their families.

Yeah too bad women and everyone else don't have the right to defend themselves in DC.

If it was a naked woman in the metro she would have been sexually assaulted. It would not have mattered if she was homeless or drunk or in a coma.

No one is interested in this wacko's genitalia. At least no woman.

The day some innocent woman gets arrested or fined for carrying mace and using it to defend herself against a sexual predator who has made himself at home on the subway is the day I *really* hope you all wake up and smell the crap and start voting in conservatives who consider this unacceptable.

I thought it was the politicians who work in DC who didn't want people in DC to be able to carry mace in case they got sprayed. It was about them, not the public.

He looks completely out of it and it is hard to tell if it had anything to do with her or he was just half passed out on the train with his d*ck hanging out. He looks drunk / stoned / high and only semi conscious.

Likely someone already pretty well known to police.

The cops should kick the crap out of him and forbid him from riding Metro again.

Self defense spray is lawful in DC. DC Code 7–2502.13.

Your guess is that he unbuttoned his pants and passed out? I rather doubt it. He is almost certainly faking.

I think he was likely masturbating while drunk / high etc.

If there were 15 people on the metro car - men and women - were they all assaulted? Wouldn't the charge be more like indecent exposure vs she (and anyone else who saw it) was sexually assaulted?

And passed out before "completion"? Yeah, not buying it. Just another mentally deranged person getting his jollies.

It is legal. Not sure why people think it isn't. I have mine with me in my purse wherever I go.

Who cares whether it’s legal. Just do what you want. Apparently there’s no such thing as crime anymore.

Where’s Batman to clean up the streets?? The officials are apparently not interested in doing it and the citizens are too dense to vote in better people!
