Says the guy that wants to allow 36 month older players to play down in showcases.

Such a hypocrite.

But what if that's what college coaches want, right? Everyone to play with their grade, so they can compare classes. Who's the hypocrite now?

SY with Aug birthdays playing on the team thats their grade in school = all players on the field during games are the same grade. Which is exactly what college coaches want.
No, still about 10-15 percent off. And you don't know who on most teams because grade not collected and verified.

You say 10-15% but provide no proof of this statement. Then you contradict yourself by sayjng that grades are t collected. So how would you know?

4v4 = U7 = ≤ 8/1/2019 = ≤ 1st grade
4v4 = U6 = ≤ 8/1/2020 = ≤ kindergarten

Actually ...

11v11 = U18/U19 = 8/1/2007 + younger = Senior/Junior
11v11 = U17 = 8/1/2009 + younger = Senior/Junior/Sophomore
11v11 = U16 = 8/1/2010 + younger = Junior/Sophomore/Freshman

9v9 = U11 = 8/1/2015 + younger = 6th grade/5th grade/4th grade

7v7 = U9 = 8/1/2017 + younger = 4th grade/3rd grade/2nd grade
7v7 = U8 = 8/1/2018 + younger = 3rd grade/2nd grade/1st grade
4v4 = U7 = 8/1/2019 + younger = 2nd/grade/1st grade/kindergarten
4v4 = U6 = 8/1/2020 + younger = 1st grade/kindergarten/Pre-school

This doesnt work because of the 8/1 date cutoff.

Not if you read it left to right ... You start with the date which then includes mostly those grades. Yes, a hard equals doesn't work. It could use a different symbol. Good feedback

We know at least 5% based on reporting about last time. Likely more now with how wide-ranging people class their kids.

Yep, grade, age group, really doesn't matter. Talent finds a way.

That 5 percent was just August and September. He didn't include say May, June and July. So 10-15 being off grade is reasonable considering there is about that many off grade in schools.

No, still about 10-15 percent off. And you don't know who on most teams because grade not collected and verified.

It's just what Skye Eddy estimated back in the day. All misaligned kids. She said it was an average of about 1 per team.

School start date doesn't matter. About 10-15 percent off grade.

Actually ...

11v11 = U18/U19 = 8/1/2007 + younger = Senior/Junior
11v11 = U17 = 8/1/2009 + younger = Senior/Junior/Sophomore
11v11 = U16 = 8/1/2010 + younger = Junior/Sophomore/Freshman
11v11 = U15 = 8/1/2011 + younger = Sophomore/Freshman/8th grade
11v11 = U14 = 8/1/2012 + younger = Freshman/8th grade/7th grade
11v11 = U13 = 8/1/2013 + younger = 8th grade/7th grade/6th grade
11v11 = U12 = 8/1/2014 + younger = 7th grade/6th grade/5th grade
9v9 = U11 = 8/1/2015 + younger = 6th grade/5th grade/4th grade
9v9 = U10 = 8/1/2016 + younger = 5th grade/4th grade/3rd grade
7v7 = U9 = 8/1/2017 + younger = 4th grade/3rd grade/2nd grade
7v7 = U8 = 8/1/2018 + younger = 3rd grade/2nd grade/1st grade
4v4 = U7 = 8/1/2019 + younger = 2nd/grade/1st grade/kindergarten
4v4 = U6 = 8/1/2020 + younger = 1st grade/kindergarten/Pre-school

This doesnt work because of the 8/1 date cutoff.

Not if you read it left to right ... You start with the date which then includes mostly those grades. Yes, a hard equals doesn't work. It could use a different symbol. Good feedback

11v11 = U18/U19 = 8/1/2007 + younger (Senior/Junior)
11v11 = U17 = 8/1/2009 + younger (Senior/Junior/Sophomore)
11v11 = U16 = 8/1/2010 + younger (Junior/Sophomore/Freshman)
11v11 = U15 = 8/1/2011 + younger (Sophomore/Freshman/8th grade)
11v11 = U14 = 8/1/2012 + younger (Freshman/8th grade/7th grade)
11v11 = U13 = 8/1/2013 + younger (8th grade/7th grade/6th grade)
11v11 = U12 = 8/1/2014 + younger (7th grade/6th grade/5th grade)
9v9 = U11 = 8/1/2015 + younger (6th grade/5th grade/4th grade)
9v9 = U10 = 8/1/2016 + younger (5th grade/4th grade/3rd grade)
7v7 = U9 = 8/1/2017 + younger (4th grade/3rd grade/2nd grade)
7v7 = U8 = 8/1/2018 + younger (3rd grade/2nd grade/1st grade)
4v4 = U7 = 8/1/2019 + younger (2nd/grade/1st grade/kindergarten)
4v4 = U6 = 8/1/2020 + younger (1st grade/kindergarten/Pre-school)

This works but I wouldnt include the higher grade to make things more simple and stop the holdbacks from trying to get involved. The date obviously addresses the holdback issue.
It doesn't work because it says grade is binding. It isn't. This works.

I'm not sure people will know what a comma means in this context.

About 6 percent academic redshirts, higher amount held back a grade.

Don't be a colon.

No, it's not obvious, because leaving that grade out causes confusion also.

Im ok either way. I understand what you're sayjng. However I prefer below.

This is for next fall when SY starts.

11v11 = U18/U19 = ≤ 8/1/2007 = ≤ Senior
