Not if you read it left to right ... You start with the date which then includes mostly those grades. Yes, a hard equals doesn't work. It could use a different symbol. Good feedback

This works but I wouldnt include the higher grade to make things more simple and stop the holdbacks from trying to get involved. The date obviously addresses the holdback issue.[/quote]It doesn't work because it says grade is binding. It isn't. This works.
