| What do you/would you pay an overnight babysitter who will work for 24 hours in your home, from 5 pm - 5 pm the following day? Two kids, 4 and 6. Thanks. |

Not easy money if the kids are awake. My older DD used to babysit kids overnight. The kids were in fed, bathed, and pjs. All she had to do was read a story and tuck them in. The mom returned in the morning and got the kids up. It was $100. |

+1 I couldn’t agree more. Working as a Nanny is tougher than raising your own children. Because of liability issues. |

| I ask trusted friends and don’t pay. I’m lucky I have a fabulous network of friends who are willing to help out. I’m also willing to help them, and do, so there’s no hurt feelings. |
