Nothing. They've been in and out of court since 2015 and the case keeps getting continued. They went back in January and it was continued again until May.

Did anyone read about the sh$itstorm that led up to last night's aftershow, and then after? Jenelle claimed that she was being forced to leave her baby to go on the after show. But somehow Chelsea isn't...then at the last minute she refused to film and claimed she was sick. Kail Skyped in to discuss Jenelle outing her pregnancy. Jenelle tweeted that she didn't and that Javi did. Then people sent Kail screenshots of the gossip site that Jenelle runs to prove Jenelle did post the pregnancy confirmation first. Then Jenelle tweeted again that Javi contacted her gossip site and told them. Javi denied that again.

It was an unbelievable train wreck.

OMG, anyone else laughing when Jenelle was touting how all the judges in the court have known her for years, so they know how fit a parent she is? Yeah, they know me so they know how good I'm doing (I guess by her own lousy standards? Like, wow, Jenelle, you haven't assaulted anyone in months! way to go!)

Jenelle, dude, judges recognizing you because you're in court so much is not a GOOD thing. They're not your homies.

So weird that there's no mention by Barb or anyone else that Jenelle's current POS also has multiple domestic violence convictions.

I think Barb mentioned his charges earlier (when he was throwing her out of "his" house because "his" kids were there, and David denied that he had any charges. I think at the time they had been dismissed. He been accused and charged with domestic violence, but I don't know if he has actually been convicted and served time for those incidents. He HAS served time for theft, burglary, and drugs, I'm pretty sure.

But none of the MTV folks are going to say anything while she's currently with him. Nathan was a golden boy, and kind of continues to be, until they were split, despite his past. Remember, Dr. Drew called David a "stabilizing force"... whose child has a restraining order against him. I wonder if they can't include anything about it, even if Barb has said it, because it's pending, or it's relating to a charge that was dismissed. Who knows. I 100% believe Barb is aware of David's history and has not kept quiet about it. She may be avoiding it in order to keep things peaceful with Jace, knowing how much time he has to spend with the man. Barb seems to have this weird mindset of needing Jace to be taken care of at all times. Like, his safety and needs should come first or something. Bizarre.

Still waiting for the story on that. People were also pointing out sonogram pics on Leah's fridge as "evidence," but her sister was living there at the time and was pregnant, so that makes more sense than MTV producers ignoring obvious news. Look how they pounced on Jenelle.

I honestly cannot even imagine trying to raise 3 kids with 3 different dads. And I mean that in a purely logistical way, not even slut shaming. But how do you juggle holidays and visitations and different parenting techniques and beliefs with three different people and their eventual partners and other kids? That is f*cking BANANAS.
