10s don't have 11 players registered for the year on their roster. They rostered MD based players waiting for their ECNL season to start just to have a enough players for league games this fall. Its a tough situation because they can't field a team to send to these events nevermind having enough week to week for league games.

Oh wow. That's bad....

Now thats some tea

For camps like they have always done or some official full time capacity? Other clubs have done the same and didn't get any higher level than ncsl.

That is a marketing partnership. Chelsea gets to have their youth and tourism camps at TSJ in hopes of having kids sign up to pay thousands to go a Chelsea tour to England the following summer. Any kid can sign up for those camps and pay money to go on those tours. It’s cool and all, but it doesn’t mean Chelsea coaches are taking over the TSJ travel club.

This is no different than any other club that has a euro team partnership for marketing purposes. It is nothing but camps and basically anyone who can afford to pay to go in the summer can go. It isn't like they are selected or it's some kind of honor for the elite. But, the coaches and the kids will sure act like the queen herself chose them for their skills. It's cool, but it doesn't mean anything for regular season.

Looks like the date is for 25/26 season. So maybe someone leaving after spring half of season is up or maybe just hiring more expecting some loss over the summer.

This is good business practice. Ask and club director, it is exceedingly difficult to retain quality coaches. Club essentially should advertise now in order to hire coaches for the next season as they usually publish their coaching slates for the 25-26 season about the early April time frame when kids tryout for teams.

Normally yes. But they only just hired a bunch of brand new coaches this year with lots of fanfare about how great they were. And the same thing happened last year and all those coaches were gone before the season started. The revolving door is concerning.

Revolving door concerning for STJ but not for Revolution? Literally brand new coaches every season w the exception of the DEI hires for the gallery
