Saving baby teeth?

DH thinks we should be doing this. I don’t. Do people actually do this?

No. It’s creepy.

I thought the tooth fairy took teeth away (and disposed of them in the trash can at mom or dad's office)?

I have my kids teeth. Not sure what I will ever do with them...

I have DD's. When she is old enough to not believe in the tooth fairy anymore I will probably give them to her if she wants them. If not, ill throw them away. ( she is 7)

My mom saved mine. I found them when I was 8 and that pretty much killed the tooth fairy...Santa and the Easter bunny. Don’t save them.

No just no

No, that's the whole point of the tooth fairy. Not something your adult kids (or their spouses) will be grateful you saved.

I saved my kid's teeth.
..So I can sew them into a "hey you're going away to college" doll.

JK. I have no earthly idea what to do with them. I saved them because i thought I was supposed to. They're in envelopes to the tooth fairy.

I've collected the first two, but I'm hiding them in the closet because they creep me out. I think I'm going to throw them away.

No!! God, no. Reminds me of how the Nazis saved the teeth of the Jews they put to death and American GIs found boxes and boxes of human teeth.

Same here. I actually have my own baby teeth stored in a small bottle with cotton. I think they are kind of interesting.

Apparently you can get stem cells from them.
