| Virginia peeps? Get out there, and do it! |
| I did! I’m a recently naturalized citizen and this was the first time I voted! |
Wow!! Congrats, PP!
|
That's great
|
| I did and took my kids |
|
I was there when a young man came in to vote. The staff announced to everyone that he was a first time voter and we all clapped and cheered. Nice moment. |
|
Did anyone else notice many of the names don’t have D or R next to their names? As I voted, I spent time on my phone looking up some of the candidates, making sure I don’t mistakenly vote for a republican—which I will never do again.
|
Yep. I took the sample ballot I’d received in the mail with my choices selected and used that to fill out the paper ballot. I was afraid of the same thing! |
| Yep! Wrote in candidates for school board and county board. We need change. |
Smart PP! |
| I voted. Straight R |
|
Straight R as well.
No thanks to 15$ min wage, expanded Medicaid..... Don’t ruin VA. All you Dems came from NY, Mass, MD cuz taxes were too high and you will ruin this state as well. |
| I voted too (straight D) and a Republican volunteer was handing out sample ballots on blue paper and not stating that the candidates marked were Republican. It’s lovely when you need to cheat to get votes. |
No thanks to proper funding for public schools to teach grammar cuz Don’t Read To Me, right? |
Weird! My ballot in Loudoun had D/R next to all the names! |
