| I’m a snacker, and so I keep cut up celery in my fridge always so I can grab that. But with winter here, I want something that isn’t cold. Is there a neutral snack that is in the pantry? Something to eat when your eating for the sake of eating? Today I ate my kids veggie straws which definitely IS NOT a good choice. Help! |

Sip broth soup (though a lot of salt, probably) hot tea - heck add one teaspoon of sugar and it's still only 15 calories. |
| Bone broth. You can add chopped fresh garlic and/or ginger, bean sprouts, steamed broccoli or whatever else might sound good to you. |
| i'm a vegerian, so would veggie broth be ok? |
| an apple |
"Ok" in what sense? Not kill you? Not be high calorie? |
| Bake an apple with some cinnamon |
It should be fine. I can't imagine that veggie broth would have any more calories than a chicken or beef broth would. |
Not op- but are apples high in carb or good because of the fiber? |

| I would gently suggest that you are better off breaking yourself of the habit of eating for comfort. Rather than noshing on pickles, have a cup of tea or a glass of water and find an alternative activity. |
| I only drink hot tea in winter. But it really does fill me up if I have finished dinner and have 2-3 hours before bedtime. I have it with almond milk or soy milk. |
| Popcorn with brewer's yeast. (Buy at Trader Joes.) |
