Empty I sh calorie snack that is room temp or warm

I think you are misusing the term Empty calorie. That generally means foods that give you calories but few or no beneficial nutrients. Like Twinkies.

I think you are looking for low calorie snacks.

You could focus on any vegetable that you can warm up or just leave your celery or carrots or broccoli room temperature, which is fine for a day. I don't know the calorie counts, but heated frozen edamame in the shells is fun for snacking, and the shells slow down your eating. I'm weird, but I also like frozen peas defrosted with just boiling water poured over them. Those options are probably more satiating and less likely to mess with your blood sugar if you add in fat and/or protein (read Whole 30).

But PP is correct that you'd be better off curbing the snacking between meals all together.

Cashews fill me up quickly, so I don't overeat them. I only buy the ones with herbs on them, yumm. I don't like them as much as almonds. So, better for snacking.

Almonds? I can eat an entire 6-oz can of wasabi or habanero, and sometimes do ! I will then consider that my lunch or dinner. Sometimes ya just gotta get the craving out of your system.
