My friends told me their kid just had last travel practice last night. Huh?
Our Club's last practice of the season is Dec. 15th. They still have 3-4 regular season games and a tournament the weekend before Thanksgiving. Anyone else done? I'm so jealous...ready to stop driving .

| Maybe your friend plays for Alexandria? You pay a lot of fees just to have a shorter practice season and make sure the ED has fat pockets |
| really? I thought all clubs that charge $2000 above have winter trainings. |
Only if you spend another $500-$900 for futsal |
| OUr ECNL team has games in December. We're not close to being done. |
| Our club has winter training. |
| Our fall practices end this week, then we get a week or two off, then we start winter practices. |
Not the case for Bethesda, they do have extra for futsal games, but winter training is in the club fee. I feel like there should be a list for what a club provide. They all charge similar but the products are so different. |
| MD high school season ends this weekend for my DD. Then club starts up with Bethesda Cup Nov 15 and CASL Showcase Nov 22. Disney is in January. |
| So with DLS sunset is at 5 pm next week. You need fields with lights or indoor to practice. Also some leagues like CCL2 are done with the season by mid October. |
Yep we play December 21 and 22 |
| My U15 still has 4 EDP games left and the Bethesda tournament. My U12 has 3 EDP games left. They also practice until mid-December and start back up mid-January. |
Your friend's kid is probably on a very low level travel team that only has access to grass fields with no lights for practice. When the clocks roll back this weekend, no lights = no practice. |
| Mid December for us with optional Futsal Winter play. By choice only. |
Ahhh, no. We have turf fields with lights. All of our home games were turf and 90% of away. State Cup pushed some games back. Why does everyone have to be an a**hole with these type of undercut comments? |
