Where did Trump get his "try to impeach this" map from?

His pinned tweet right now is a county-level map showing red or blue for each county. It says "try to impeach this" over the map. Obviously it's supposed to show that the country is behind him.

I can't figure out where he got it from. It doesn't comport with his 2016 map. Did he just make it up (not surprising) or is it someone else's electoral map?

OP here. That would've been hilarious if true, but if you look, for example, at Southern CA, you'll see discrepancies between the maps.
