Telluride SX or Palisade Limited?

Kia Telluride SX or Hyundai Palisade Limited? My wife and I can't decide on which one to get. Any advice or things we should consider?

Drive them both a few times, then decide.

My DH and I are looking at both as well. I like the overall look of the palisade better. Have you test driven both?

No Kia dealer has the SX. They say they get bought up the moment one hits the lot. We drove a different model Telluride but we want to drive the SX. We enjoyed the Pallisade Limited. Drive very smoothly.

You may have to travel. Go on the Kia website and they will tell you who has them in stock. Then, custom order what you want. King Kia, Laurel Kia, Darcars in Lanham, Ourisman in Chantilly, Dulles Kia, Dars in Fredrick, Koons and a few others have at least one in stock.

Which one do you think looks better on the outside?

We had same problem with sx, and when you do find one it is usually green.

They are literally the same (Hyundai is the more premium brand in the group) so buy whichever you like styling more. Supply will be better in 3 months or so, still ramping up production.

They look exactly the same to me.

Palisade seems more luxurious.

I have the same question regarding which looks better to people. They seem to be the same car with a different grill. DH like look of the Telluride. I like the look of the Palisade. I'm curious to know what others think.

I don’t know anything about these but what was so special about the one trim level where people bought them all up? Just curious.

It's the highest level trim with the most bells and whistles and since it's a KIA it's still relatively inexpensive at about $42K starting price. I think KIA underestimated how much people would want them because they came with such great reviews from critics and safety body. They probably thought people would want lower models but at that price for those features, it's a steal so they get picked up quickly.

NP. I just really wish they had an option for a rear DVD player. My kids get carsick with tablets. I would definitely be buying one if only I could get a DVD!
