I am watching Bewitched reruns. We should have given Darren more credit. As a kid I thought he was a douche but as an adult I realize he probably had a STOCKED medicine cabinet with valium, klonopin, all the 60s uppers and downers a person could ask for.

I was watching that the other night and didn't realize Samantha had a Louis Vuitton diaper bag and engagement ring that was visible from 50 feet away. Evidently, we also didn't give Derwood enough credit for being rich.

No, it was just possible in the 1960s to live on one salary without any debt. I doubt Darrin made more than 18k.

Well, she WAS a witch and she could materialize things.. I know she didn’t like to use her powers that way but for a good bag and engagement ring? Probably the exception!

Plot of Bewitched: Aunt Clara or Endora cast a spell that nearly gets Samatha outed as a witch but she quickly turns it into an ad campaign for Darren’s client.

That said, I loved that show!

Whenever I see a weird commercial, I think it must have been designed by McMann and Tate, and Darrin was in charge of it. .

If you mean that you think women were bigger in the 60s you are wrong. Thinness have been the prevailing body aesthetic for women since the 20s.
