Down to the final two and it's a toss-up:
Georgia Vivian/Vivienne |
| Vivan by a mile. |
+1 |
| Vivian. Vivi or V is a way cuter nickname than Georgie. |
| I like both. |
| I don’t like Vivian because I really dislike the V sound so I’d never want a name with 2 vs. I think Georgia is sweet so that’s my vote. |
|
I prefer Vivian
|
| Hate the name Vivian vehemently. |
| Vivian |
| Vivian. |
| I like Vivian, but prefer the name Lillian. |
| I love Georgia! |
the nickname for Georgia would be Gigi. Vivi or Gigi....two great nicknames! |
That is so interesting, PP, because the "v" sound is my favorite sound! I don't like the "th" sound as in Theo. We talked about naming our DD Athena but I couldn't get over that sound. I wonder why that is, why we don't like certain sounds and it's so individual as to which sounds. |
Making the V sound tickles my lower lip in a way I can’t stand much like how I cannot tolerate single strands of hair blowing against my face. It’s just a sensory thing for me. I don’t think about it 99 percent of the time but I would avoid a V name. I don’t have a problem with a th sound though. |
