I'm just kind of sick of hearing any narrative about the finance/Wall Street set. We glorify then enough. Even when they are the rubes in the story, their shit still ends up kind of glorified. Bleh.

Yup read the article and it made me really interested to se fit on screen. Going with a group of girlfriends Saturday night. The reviews allowed me to convince some friends who wee on the fence.

Game on, PP! I am strangely excited to see it. I can't get any of my girlfriends to go with me. I am going to have to force my husband to go with me, which will be a real drag b/c he hates all that stuff. OTH I love JLo and I have a huge girl-crush on her!

Just go solo. You'll enjoy it more than sitting next to someone not enjoying themselves.

I'm thinking that I might go solo. It will feel a little weird going alone given the subject matter but it will be better than sitting next to him feeling how upset he is getting. He is a good man and he has strong anti-porn, things that he feels are anti-woman, feelings. So if you see a loner out there in the seats ladies you'll know it is me! I am pretty excited about the movie and JLo!

NP- you really need to get over the paranoia about going to movies solo. Going solo is awesome - especially for a movie I’m excited enough to see opening weekend. Also, a movie about strippers scamming isn’t lorn or pro-porn, in any case.
