| I saw this on Friday night and I loved, loved, loved it. So happy that I saw it in the theater and opening weekend. JLo was phenomenal. |

Saw it Friday afternoon. So entertaining. Jennifer Lopez is a badass and I loved her in this movie. She does not, however, deserve an Oscar nom.
Usher cameo is 100!!! |
|
I, too, thought it was great!
Side note: It was sorta funny/weird that Lili Reinhart did less stripping in a movie about strippers than she does in Riverdale, where she's supposed to play a nerdy teenager. (I stopped watching Riverdale because it got too strange - in a bad way - but that is the subject of another thread.) |
|
I see almost every movie that comes out in theaters. JoLo
looked great but I did not think the movie itself lived up to the hype. |
|
JLO is fifty.....???!!
Man oh man - - she definitely redefines mid-life all the way!! I thought she was late thirties. |
I agree! |
|
The description does not sound appealing.
Why are people so in love with watching trashy people engaging in criminal behavior? |
The movie about regular people who spend a week working, cooking dinner, and watching Netflix was sold out, as was the one about pious religious people who don't stray |
| Went last night - movie is amazing. Gritty, emotional, entertaining - and the soundtrack was literally my college days. Fun movie but my friends & I still had a good conversation afterwards. |
