Poolesville Humanities OR Northwest MC2

Anonymous
My daughter got into both Poolesville Humanities program and Northwest MC2 program. She needs to choose one , we're confused which one to pick!

Here are some comparisons!

Poolesville is #1 school in MD , program is rigorous.
NorthWest MC2 is also rigorous saves in 2 years in college if everything goes well during the High school years , but mostly limited to UMD College park as they accept college credits from MC2. Other colleges outside Maryland may not give the credit.

Here are the links for both programs

And how does a student not zoned for Northwest get into Northwest MC2?

I assume they got off the waitlist for one and were already in to the other?

I'd do Poolesville. Montgomery College classes are overrated. Your daughter would benefit from at least 3-4 years at rigorous university. Poolesville wins!
