Good for them. Lots of chestbeating and Loudoun-bashing on these threads. I am sure this will trigger more.

Wow....you are really going to post this? Being #1, congrats but unless you were on the field, wtf do you have to do with it.

BRYC 07 ECNL boys had a rough weekend.

2009 ? seriously
we are talking about 10 year olds here and you are boasting they are #1?

This is exactly what is wrong with youth sports. This is guaranteed to be one of those parents that moves their kid around from club to club to club to DA to ECNL to ...
in search of the next great team so they can boast their kid is on the #1 team.

Put your kid on a team with a good coach, good reputable club and leave them alone, go watch and enjoy your kids youth as it will be gone in a hand full of years. And I'm sure you #1 ranked kid will either not be playing when she goes off to college or will most certainly not playing on scholarship.

Good luck and dont take life so seriously with this #1 nonsense.

You both are what’s wrong with youth sports. sorry, but you are the other half of the problem.

The Olney tournament was great. Tons of teams from all different leagues. Well-organized. Nice fields. Good communications.

So we are all clear on your rules for the rest of us, what is the age group where it is permissible to applaud achievements? Or is it the level and age which make applause appropriate? Unless it hurts your ears, mind your own business. And don’t take yourself so seriously!

After puberty.

No one serious in this game gives a flip about your kid or your kid's team's record until after puberty.

It isn't hat you are wrong but you are spitting into the wind. Everything you have said has been said only 10,000 times before so all you did was use a tired cliche to rage against a tired cliche.

You might as well complain about people not picking up their dog crap in your neighborhood too for all the good that this will do.

My son's team had a great experience at the Dulles tournament. Fields were nice, brackets were pretty even, refs were good especially the ones that helped the kids at U11 with the new rules.

Funny and pompous in a way to post this. Makes me wonder if someone is setting Loudoun up for a bash fest. LOL

Right, right. I am sure we won’t give a flip about yours after puberty either, right? So STFU and troll elsewhere.

OP here, lol. I'm not even a Loudoun parent.

Just enjoyed the competition. BTW to the hater of just saying #1, last time I checked the point of a game is to try to win.

Guessing it's a FCV or Great Falls parent who is a little butt hurt about the outcome!
