Charity Brokers are shady AF with a lot of skimming off the top not easily uncovered in disclosures. And LC is under an umbrella company called Pure Charity, LLC.

All these layers and umbrella companies allow for additional skimming too.

Legacy Collective was mostly a vehicle for the Hatmakers to bask in the glory of others giving money to worthwhile charities and Jen and Crew acting as public kingmakers.

Agree 100%. I thought the same thing when I saw her post about her and the Legacy Collective CEO (?) heading to see Hamilton. How many charity dollars did they use for that trip?
I would never give them a dime. And I would LOVE to see someone dig into their financials to report back how much they’re skimming off the top for themselves…..

You know, I don't disagree with her politics, and I used to be a big fan. My issue is with her complete lack of self awareness. She shames her daughter for her Christmas list a day before announcing seeing Hamilton twice in a week? Also her behavior during the pandemic was (and continues to be) disgusting.

I have a lot of eye rolls for a lot of things, but creating a product, pricing it how you want to, and making money from people who want to buy it - that's not grifting. Same with pedaling ads on her instagram, selling wine or whatever - that's honest work.

Did she create a product people want? Or did she record 3 videos where she interviews “experts” about common sense stuff? And then decided to charge people $100 to watch EACH of them?! Seems….. icky? I mean, one of the videos is on minimalism. Is she trying to act like that’s still her thing? Because I think that ship sailed a long time ago.

I have no doubt some of her “tribe” will buy this crap. But that just shows how far her target market has shifted.

I am over the giving up on my kids schtick. It’s not cute or relatable. Announcing your neglect of basic things like wellness exams in favor of shilling shit and posting selfies is not ok. Doesn't she realize that she's providing her husband with all of the evidence he'd need to make a case for taking the kids away from her?

She's basically putting it out there in print that they're on their own from here on out, which doesn't seem like a very wise decision (not to mention that her kids will probably read these Instagram posts one day and feel badly/guilty, because she's implying the kids (and everything else you related to them) make her miserable.

Doesn't she have ANYONE advising her of these things?? I mean it's common sense.

But I get it... she's extremely needy, and people like that tend to over share while she attention seeks.

It's very sad.
