“I have long believed that I was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein to Alan Dershowitz,” Giuffre wrote in a statement, accompanying the dismissal. “However, I was very young at the time, it was a very stressful and traumatic environment, and Mr. Dershowitz has from the beginning consistently denied these allegations. I now recognize I may have made a mistake in identifying Mr. Dershowitz. This litigation has been very stressful and burdensome for me and my family, and we believe it is time to bring it to an end and move on with our lives.”

“As I have said from the beginning, I never had sex with Ms. Giuffre,” Dersowitz wrote. “I have nevertheless come to believe that at the time she accused me she believed what she said. Ms. Giuffre is to be commended for her courage in now stating publicly that she may have been mistaken about me. She has suffered much at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein, and I commend her work combating the evil of sex trafficking.”

The surprising development was revealed in the form of a one-paragraph filing stating that Giuffre and Dershowitz “hereby stipulate that said action be dismissed with prejudice and without costs or award of fees to either party.”

Funny how this happens today…

Funny in that you all were SO sure he was SO guilty.
You have a warped sense of humor if you find trafficking children to be funny. And whether or not Dershowitz is guilty here, she was trafficked and raped.

Do you know who isn't in Epstein's ledgers?

Let's look at that......Read the information in this posting.....
And, then remember that Bill Clinton ("Doe 36") is mentioned more than 50 times in the Epstein docs.

Trump foreshadowed Bill Clinton's troubles with Epstein in Feb 2015:

Bill Clinton's “got a lot of problems coming up, in my opinion, with the famous island, with Jeffrey Epstein. A lot of problems.”

Trump said Epstein was "A great guy" during a 2002 interview with NY Magazine. Twenty-two years ago. Trump later banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago.

Even the Washington Post noted that Trump had permanently banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago “because Epstein sexually assaulted an underage girl at the club." Unlike Clinton, Epstein would be arrested under Trump's administration.

Clinton also came up earlier during an Oct. 15, 2009 deposition of Epstein pilot Larry Visosky:

Q: You had Bill Clinton on the airplane ten or twenty times, right?

Visosky: Yeah. He’s my main focus. I remember him being on the aircraft, sure.

Flight logs “show Clinton flying aboard Epstein’s plane to such destinations as Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, China, Brunei, London, New York, the Azores, Belgium, Norway, Russia and Africa.” Clinton also travelled regularly with “Epstein’s associates, New York socialite Ghislaine Maxwell and Epstein’s assistant, Sarah Kellen."

All of this may explain why the Left keeps trying so hard to tie Trump to Epstein.

The Washington Times reported in a December 2017 article that Glenn Simpson and his firm, Fusion GPS - which were behind the so-called “Steele dossier” on Trump - had tried to push “the idea of a close relationship between Mr. Trump and Jeffrey Epstein,” but failed to find any actual issues or events relating to Trump.

“The Trump–Epstein link appears purely social, far short of Mr. Clinton’s 20-plus plane rides on Epstein’s ‘Lolita Express’ private jet around the globe in the early 2000s."

During a Dec. 2018 interview with Bradley Edwards, an attorney who represented some of Epstein’s victims in a Palm Beach civil case which began in 2009, Edwards discussed how Trump was the only one willing to help him on the case against Epstein.

“The only thing that I can say about President Trump is that he is the only person who, in 2009 when I served a lot of subpoenas on a lot of people, or at least gave notice to some pretty connected people, that I wanted to talk to them, [Trump] is the only person who picked up the phone and said, let’s just talk. I’ll give you as much time as you want. I’ll tell you what you need to know, ” Edwards recalled.

Edwards added that Trump “was very helpful, in the information that he gave, and gave no indication whatsoever that he was involved in anything untoward whatsoever, but had good information that checked out and that helped us.”

And, once again, Epstein was arrested during the Trump administration.

If Clinton did something to underaged girls, he should be held accountable for it. No one is saying otherwise.

RFK Jr and Donald Trump are running for President. Shouldn't they be held to the same standard?

Same.
Your logic is flawed if you’re throwing out Clinton baggage to disparage Biden.

I mean, Trump is a rapist. And he’s admitted to ogling young women as part of his perquisites as the owner of the Miss Universe pageant. Add in his absolutely nauseating remarks about his daughters, plus him actually grabbing at Ivanka on stage. I could absolutely believe that Trump not only rode on the plane, but that he also raped girls. It’s exactly what he’s shown himself to be.

So Trump and RFK Jr are both on the list - both current nominees.

I think it's arguable that Clinton's sketchy behavior in part helped tank his wife's presidential run. He's not really held in such high esteem right now.

Trump is a rapist. We know this. If he is also a rapist of children, I won't be surprised.
