It's real simple. He is your classic shrimpy ugly nerd that didn't exist to sexually attractive women. But he is obviously competitive so he's finally getting the grade A pu**y he feels he was always cheated out of. This is the classic loop repeated generation after generation. The emotional damage he has from being ugly and shrimpy is lifelong and will never go away. He desperately believes she loves him for who he is and would still be with him even if he lost every penny because he thinks now that she knows him she has fallen in love with his soul.

Oh I think the wife got a much better deal. I'd be happy to be rid of him except where the kids are concerned. Divorce changes all of that and messes up the family unit. I don't think it will last with LS, and he'll end up with someone else. Maybe after his next eye appointment. If I were his wife I would try and negotiate staying married much like the Clinton's have done. They are still very much partners and parents to their daughter. LS is smart enough to play the part and be what Bezos thinks he wants. This could last awhile, but long term is doubtful.

Also, that divorce was announced awfully fast. Is LS pressuring him, or was the agreement to divorce both spouses. On her end I believe her husband was long done with her going by some of the articles.

My major criticism of the Bezos couple is they're not charitable. Bill and Melinda Gates gave away most of their fortune, as did the Zuckerbergs and the Buffets. The Bezos give less in percentage terms than 99% of Americans.
