Alaska cruise with UnCruise: http://www2.uncruise.com/l/182202/2017-06-14/ltlnc

Best trip ever to small, out of the way places. Only suitable for families with older children (8+) who like to be active.

I went to Hilton Head Island, stayed in Palmetto Dunes, and I recommend!!

We leave for WDW on Monday. I’ve never been in the summer so I can’t say yet whether I recommend

Still in Cancun. A good bit from the hotel zone having a fabulous time!!! We found a site of ruins half a mile from us. Just as impressive as Tulum but totally quiet. Love being off the beaten path

Thought about Cancun but hesitant because of the seaweed issues

We went to Waikiki for 10 days and it was very nice. We actually unplugged.

Lots of seaweed. The public beaches are kept pretty clean though.

We went to Cape Cod...between the sharks and the Tornado, I’d not recommend

Banff/Lake Louise/Yoho National Park were amazing! Stayed at the Moose Hotel and Suites in a two bedroom suite with a living room in between. Right on the main drag in Banff and across the street from where you get the shuttle to go to Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon.

Perfect for families!

We frequent cape cod bc we have family there.

The tornado was a rarity...

The sharks are a real bummer. But there are nice bay beaches and so many nice ponds. We did a whale watch for the first time that was outstanding.

Cape Cod in July - yes
Porto/Coimbra/Lisbon in August - no

The Big Island- awesome. There were many things to do and also many opportunities to be lazy and enjoy the beautiful beaches. We can't wait to go back (other than the long flights and time change).

Why no? We did Porto, Algarve, and Lisbon July - August and loved it. Wish I was still there.

France in June was divine. Perfect weather. Did everything we wanted to, plus a few fun extras.

Headed to Austin next week for a long weekend. Should be nice & hot down there!

Past summers have been on Alaska cruise, Iceland, Switzerland and Ireland. All winners, in my book!
