and go inside (unless paying for gas in there). Even then, don’t take your sweet time. Pay, come gas up, move your car, and then buy your snacks.

Each pump has a line 2-3 deep and multiple people keep doing this. A-holes!

Agree, OP! There is no reason to pay inside these days. If you are going inside, you obvi want to cram your craw with snacks, so park elsewhere and walk.

It's super rude, I agree. Even if other pumps are open, you still need to move into a real parking spot. The pump is not a parking spot. It is where your car goes while you are filling it with gas, the end.

You do all realize that the gas stations depend on people going inside in order to make a profit. They make very little profit from the gas itself. There is a reason the pumps blast you with ads encouraging you to go inside for food and drinks.
