I find it hilarious that all these people I saw on social media convinced they were going to retire their husbands early and that they were the biggest #MomBossEver have now seemed to go quiet. Anyone with any sense knew it would happen eventually but have others noticed that it seems like the time is now?

I think it goes in waves. My husband’s sister just friended me to sell me R&F.

I have an friend of a friend who is actually really successful with a different direct sales company. She’s very friendly and very pretty - and not pushy At All. I bought a lipstick from her once and said it wasn’t my style and she never bugged me about it again.

I think LuLaRoe is over. I have not seen anyone hawking that at me for a while. There is a new makeup on called Maskara that one of my neighbors is pushing hard .

People I know who were doing R&F are now doing some stupid nails thing. And they don't realize they're using the exact same rhetoric to the exact same audience. I cannot fathom how people don't see how they appear to others when they do this... or maybe they don't care?

LuLaRoe and Rodan & Fields both hit my FB friends hard about 2-3 years ago. The LLR people have all left except one girl who has a pretty big “downline” and a higher title. Most of them aren’t doing MLM anymore, but one is now with Color Street nail stickers and another is with another clothing company.

Rodan & Fields is still going pretty strong though, but the people just aren’t posting about it quite as much. The ones that I’ve noticed everyone leaving and not posting about are Beach Body and It Works.
