| If you are interested in LACs, check Washington & Lee and Davidson college. Both are really good schools. |

| Bates has more of a social justice vibe, Colgate more of a spirited/frat party vibe. Both offer excellent academics. Which seems more like you or your child’s ideal environment? |

| I went to Bates and loved it! The current president is amazing and her focus on Purposeful Work has transformed the way graduates are engaged with alumni. There’s also a lot of construction recently completed with new dorms and a great new science center being built. |
