The hardest-working Duke and Duchess are heading to Angola, Malawi, and South Africa together in memory of Princess Di.

| I've been waiting for young royals who actually get it, service and dedication, since 2011. This is going to be awesome. |
| Is this in preparation for their exile to Africa that was rumored earlier this year? |
Really? You've been waiting for this? What's your stake in this? |
Separate according to reporters. They'll be going on tours AND doing extended stays as the President and Vice President of the Queen's Commonwealth Trust. https://www.townandcountrymag.com/society/tradition/a26761685/meghan-markle-vice-president-queens-commonwealth-trust/ |
Exile is the state of being banned for political or punitive reasons. Did I miss the banning of the Meghan and Harry? |
I was a fan of Princess Diana in the 1990s. I saw what she did for causes like HIV/AIDs, homelessness, landmine prevention et cetera. Royals are one of the few people uniquely situated to have more star-power than celebrities and the funding + critical support of presidents. They can do a lot when they're interested. |
Wrong link? |
The reporter talks about the two separate extended stays vs tours on his twitter feed. https://www.itv.com/news/2019-06-11/harry-and-meghan-to-travel-to-malawi-and-angola-later-this-year/ |

Here's the confirmation on the extended stays vs the tours they'll be doing:
A major project for the Duke and Duchess to spend up to six months at a time living in Africa over the next two to three years is already underway. A foreign sabbatical is something Harry has wanted to pursue for many years and sources close to him have revealed the couple both want to focus on issues around conservation, the environment and education. https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/prince-harry-meghan-markle-africa-16503315 |
| Great idea. |
| do you really need to give us a play by play of MMs life? isn't there some fan site you can spam? |
| When will Kate start working again???? |
Not my wheelhouse. Meghan's going to be on the cover of British Vogue in the fall (maybe the US one too?) and going on a tour that will make headlines again and again. So I could care less otherwise. |
