OK, I have the new MAGA talking points.

They are saying that the ICE agent picked up the victim's gun, and it accidentally discharged in his hands.

The other ICE agents, all primed to believe the victim was dangerous and violent, got scared when the gun accidentally discharged and immediately shot the victim. In the back.

I don't know though, if a gun discharged behind me, I think maybe I'd be more likely to fire in the direction of the man holding the gun? Rather than in the direction of the man who is face down in front of me.

I'm not saying it is a good explanation but it is the one they are going to go with, I bet.

The gun didn’t discharge. You would have heard it on the video, and there was no shot before they took the gun off of him.

If that’s the story they are going with, it begs the question how they’d even know whose gun accidentally discharged. It could’ve been their fellow agent’s gun for all they knew. Which further highlights that these thugs cosplaying Call of Duty should not be given actual weapons to enforce anything.
